Spa-Inspired Bathroom Transformation Mr & Mrs Greenhow of Wynyard

A charming yet dated bathroom has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm, contemporary retreat. Centred around the elegant tones of the Dansani Calidris White Oak range, the design balances generous storage with a soft, neutral palette. The result is a beautifully cohesive space that feels light, modern, and effortlessly refined.

The challenge

Our customer approached us with a bathroom that was charming but outdated. They envisioned a contemporary refresh that preserved ample storage while embracing a neutral, warm colour palette. The biggest design hurdle? Finding the perfect white wood finish for the furniture. After exploring options, the client fell in love with the Dansani Calidris White Oak range — a choice that became the cornerstone of the new design.

The vision

The goal was to create a calming, spa-like retreat with:

  • A freestanding bath for luxurious soaking
  • Generous storage to maintain functionality
  • Warm lighting to enhance the ambiance
  • Neutral tones with subtle warmth

To achieve this, we selected:

  • Coalbrook brushed nickel brassware for a soft, neutral metallic touch
  • A spacious Duravit reinforced acrylic bath
  • A sleek Duravit WC
  • Elegant Dansani Calidris White Oak furniture for cohesive warmth

The process

We began with a detailed home measure, followed by an installer visit to confirm the design logistics. The client engaged in several in-depth showroom consultations, where every detail was carefully reviewed. To ensure complete satisfaction, we created a tactile mood board featuring tile samples, furniture finishes, and brassware — all signed off by the client before installation.

The Result

The final bathroom is a serene, spa-inspired space that balances style and practicality. The warm tones, thoughtful lighting, and premium finishes come together to create a haven of relaxation — all while maintaining the storage the client needed.
